The lodge is very convenient to go Gorilla trekking…a short drive to the check in location! You can tell that the staff enjoy making your experience the best possible. We would highly recommend staying at this lodge if you are booked to see the Gorillas.
It is fantastic. The rooms are big, indoor showers and bathroom was a plus at that point of my month long trip. Nice buffet for meals. That was the best! I will definitely stay again and again!
My room was very well appointed and the bed was cozy and comfortable. Hot water in the shower was plentiful. They add a hot water bottle to your bed which makes for a lovely cozy evening. The breakfast kept me full throughout the Gorilla hike, but they did pack me a snack.
